We’re currently busy writing for our second album. It’s a very laborious affair but we’re making some great headway and are really happy with the direction things are taking. We hope to have the album out in the first half of 2012 but these things are hard to put a time frame on. Deadlines come, deadlines go, what is most important to us is releasing the best possible album we can manage.
Until then we’re doing the occasional show so we might see you around. Otherwise have a merry christmas and an incredible music-filled new year!

The Holidays Daytrotter session recorded at this years SXSW is currently featured on their site.
Daytrotter is an American website for the recording studio Horseshack, which hosts recording sessions with many popular and typically upcoming indie music acts such as Foals, Tegan and Sara, The National, Vampire Weekend, Grizzly Bear, Local Natives, Cold War Kids, Death Cab For Cutie, Fleet Foxes, Bon Iver and MGMT. We have 4 tracks featured on the site, all of which are available for downloading.

Recently we have been nominated for Breakthrough Independent Artist of the Year in this year’s Jagermeister Independent Music Awards. The awards night is on Wednesday 12 October, at which we are lucky enough to be performing, along with Adalita and Calling All Cars, which will be shown on Channel V soon after the awards night.
Currently we are in the midst of writing for our second album and are incredibly excited about the direction it is taking. Hopefully we will have some new songs to play at Harvest Festival, and to release in some form very soon!

We’re busy writing new material and having a mini break from the touring circuit. We’re doing a few shows here and there but for now we’re writing for a new album, some singles, some ep’s…not sure yet but we’ll let you know as soon as we do!

Thank you all for coming out to see us on our Seven Million Mornings Tour!
It was out biggest headline tour of Australia yet, and we had a greeeat time. Sold out shows in all the capital cities made us feel very appreciated, if not a little bit astounded! Thank you, thank you!
Gold Fields were amazing in support, as well as all the local DJ’s, so thanks for helping us out boys.
There’s a mini Tour Diary up now as well.
We’re heading off to the UK in a week but we’ll see you all for Splendour In The Grass in July & whats looking like a busy end to our year!
